APPOINTMENTS FOR PERSONAL MOBILE SERVICING

I operate by appointment.  Your appointment time is set aside just for YOU to ensure you receive one-on-one attention. Maintaining such efficiency requires each client's cooperation and respect for my time as well as your fellow clients' time.

PREMIUM DAYS & HOURS SERVICE

Should you require service outside the above days & hours of operation a $40.00 convenience charge may be applied at my discretion.

My off days are major holidays; however, should you require services on any of these days a $40.00 convenience charge will be applied to your total service tab.

FORMS OF PAYMENT  

Payment is due upon completion of your appointment.  I  accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo, or Gift Certificate purchased by "Hair by Sapphire".

LATE POLICY 

Please make every effort to be present at the desired location for your appointment. A late charge of $5.00 per 15 minutes will be added to your service tab. Should tardiness exceed 30 minutes, rescheduling will be necessary.  No Exceptions will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to me, please make every effort to honor your appointment. Should you need cancel, please do so NO LESS than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Clients who either cancel a booked service, or cancel their appointment in it's entirety outside the 24-hour advance period will be charged 50% of that/those service(s) booked. No Exceptions will be made.

*** Clients who exhibit a pattern of canceling booked services may be banned from future bookings at my discretion. 

NO SHOW POLICY

"NO-SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. No-Shows will not be serviced in the future. No Exceptions will be made.

*WHEN POSSIBLE PLEASE HAVE PREVIOUS HAIR STYLE TAKEN DOWN PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Multiple Services- If you require more than 1 service not already included in the "combination packages", simply book the main service and include the remaining desired services in the "comments" section. Your total time will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

Availability- Slots are available on a "first booked" basis. If a desired time is not available, feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

My Online Booking Service Feature is a great resource for both client and me.  It enables the client to book an appointment ANYTIME he/she is ready, and it allows me, the hair stylist greater focus during YOUR appointment for an enhanced  experience. 

IN-PERSON NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS FOR WEDDING STYLING, CUSTOM WIGS, HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES ARE ACCEPTED IN FORM OF CASH AND CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER), OR DEBIT CARD WITH VISA/MASTERCARD LOGO.  

IN-PERSON NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AMOUNT VARIES DEPENDING UPON NEEDED/DESIRED SERVICES. 

AS WITH ALL DEPOSITS IN-PERSON DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & ARE APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL SERVICE TAB.
